Sales Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals through strategic outreach efforts on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MailChimp email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of these platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using MailChimp to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and effectively position our products/services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and messaging aligned with target audience needs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales techniques and platforms. Qualifications
  • Minimum experience of 3 years as a Sales Specialist or similar role, with a track record of success in generating sales through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MailChimp email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling digital products/services, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MailChimp, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
